The following Terms of Service apply to all users of the UK Channels website and services.

Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to create an account and purchase a subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

UK Channels reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users violate any of the terms outlined here or engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.

Billing and Payments

All subscription fees are listed in GBP (£) on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

At the end of each billing period, your subscription will expire and NOT auto-renew. You will need to manually renew your subscription to continue accessing the service.

Payment is required upfront at the start of each new subscription period. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until the issue is resolved. You remain responsible for any unpaid subscription fees.

Content and Service Use

UK Channels grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to stream content offered through our service for personal, non-commercial use. This license is non-transferable.

You agree not to record, download, distribute or sell any content from the UK Channels service without explicit authorization. Any unauthorized use will result in account termination.

We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. Content may be removed due to licensing restrictions or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

UK Channels will not be liable for any interruption of service or errors in content provided through the platform. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy and continuity of service.

Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any damages, losses or expenses arising from the use of UK Channels.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes are subject to the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.
